 If
a nation's history is the nation's measure -tape, then it brings the past
of the nation to it's own view, so that the past may be compared with
the present to see if there as been progress or retrogression. It
will also serve as a means of judging our nations by others, so that we
may gather information for our future guidance.
We
do not have the
advantage of
knowing the
history of our
fathers, our
motherland and
when such is the
case with a nation
,then no hope for
better prospects
can be entertained. Hence
the onus is on us
to create a new
history and
reconstruct the
history of African
and of the people
of African Origin. |
